Shore connection units

Shore power connection units for visible installation

Shore power connection units are installed on board ships for safe and trouble-free shore power supply and serve as a protective measure in accordance with Germanischer Lloyd regulations. The RCBO circuit breaker integrated into our shore power connection units disconnects the ship's electrical system at a fault current of 30 mA using a two-pole circuit breaker to protect against electrical accidents, overloads, and short circuits. All shore power connection units are manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0100/Part 721 (709) and ISO 13297 and contain VDE-tested and approved components. Connection for 230 V is made on the rear of the units via feed-through terminals.
