Information on Warranty Conditions

All philippi products are repaired quickly and affordably at our repair center. Within the 24-month warranty period, devices with material or manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge.

Please note that your warranty claim will be forfeited:

  • if you do not use your device as intended
  • if you open your device within the warranty period to perform a self-repair

Repair Process

    1. Contact our technical department via email or by phone
    2. Fill out the Online Repair Order. For this, we will need the following information from you:
      • Your contact details
      • Your device data
      • Your warranty data
      • A detailed fault description

    3. Print out the repair documents and send them to us with the faulty device. Package the device securely for transport and include the repair order. For returns from third countries (Switzerland, Norway, etc.), please always contact us by phone in advance to clarify customs formalities.
