Information on Warranty Conditions
All Philippi products are repaired quickly and cost-effectively in our repair center. Within the 24-month warranty period, devices will be repaired free of charge in the event of a material or manufacturing defect.
Please note that your warranty claim will become void:
- if you do not use your device as intended
- if you open your device within the warranty period to carry out a self-repair
Repair Process

- Contact our technical department via email or phone
- Fill out the Online Repair Order. For this, we will need the following information from you:
- Your contact details
- Your device data
- Your warranty data
- A detailed description of the fault
- Print out the repair documents and send them to us with the faulty device. Pack the device securely for transport and include the repair order. For returns from non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway,...), please contact us by phone beforehand to clarify customs formalities.
