Information on Warranty Conditions

All Philippi products are repaired quickly and cost-effectively in our repair center. Within the 24-month warranty period, devices will be repaired free of charge in the event of a material or manufacturing defect.

Please note that your warranty claim will become void:

  • if you do not use your device as intended
  • if you open your device within the warranty period to carry out a self-repair

Repair Process

    1. Contact our technical department via email or phone
    2. Fill out the Online Repair Order. For this, we will need the following information from you:
      • Your contact details
      • Your device data
      • Your warranty data
      • A detailed description of the fault

    3. Print out the repair documents and send them to us with the faulty device. Pack the device securely for transport and include the repair order. For returns from non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway,...), please contact us by phone beforehand to clarify customs formalities.
