Information on Warranty Conditions

All Philippi products are repaired quickly and affordably at our repair center. Within the 24-month warranty period, devices with material or manufacturing defects will be repaired free of charge.

Please note that your warranty claim becomes void:

  • if you do not use your device as intended
  • if you open your device within the warranty period to perform a self-repair

Repair Process

    1. Contact our technical support via email or phone
    2. Fill out the Online Repair Request ; for this, we require the following information from you:
        • Your contact details
        • Your device data
        • Your warranty data
        • A precise description of the fault
    3. Print out the repair documents and send them to us with the faulty device. Pack the device securely for transport and include the repair request. For returns from third countries (Switzerland, Norway, etc.), please contact us by phone beforehand to clarify customs formalities.
