The M12 T-cable from philippi is a pluggable connection cable for the P-BUS on-board network that connects an additional device such as another monitor or an interface without interrupting the continuous bus line. It is 0.2 m long and available straight, 90° angled or with RJ45 connector.

  • Tool-free expansion of the P-BUS network via plug connectors
  • Compatible with the waterproof M12 connector system (DeviceNet™), which is also used with NMEA2000®

The M12 T-cable is supplied as a connection cable with P-BUS system monitors (PSM/PSL), the TPC 4 tank interface and other P-BUS components, among others, and is also available individually as a replacement or expansion part. Between the devices, you lay M12-PBUS cables from 0.5 m to 10 m.

Do I need a separate T-cable for a new P-BUS interface?

No, all P-BUS interfaces from philippi are supplied with a T-adapter cable. In addition, you only need the connection cables between the devices.

Can I connect the P-BUS to an NMEA2000® network via the T-cable?

No, a direct coupling with the NMEA2000® system is not permitted. The NMEA2000® Bridge CBN is provided for this purpose.

Yes. We repair philippi-brand devices in our factory in Remseck for as long as spare parts are available – well beyond the statutory warranty. For partner products, the respective manufacturer's warranty applies; just contact us if you have a warranty claim.
