P-Bus Tank Interface CMT3

The P-Bus Tank Interface CMT3 integrates up to 4 tank senders into your P-BUS on-board network – it independently measures the connected sensors and makes fill level and alarm data available to the entire P-BUS system.

• Connects up to 4 tank senders simultaneously to the P-BUS – including different sensor types and third-party products
• Parameters such as sensor type, tank size, tank characteristic, and alarm level can be easily set via the PSM3 and PSL system monitors
• Display optionally in liters or percent, with individual correction (compensation) for irregularly shaped tanks

The Philippi CMT3 is installed between the tank sender and the P-BUS network and independently measures the sensors. Supported types include resistance tank senders (10–180 Ohm, 240–33 Ohm, or free 0–300 Ohm), 4–20 mA tank senders, ultrasonic tank senders (0.5–2.5 V), and float switches of type 0–1. Integration of a watermaker via two DFS flow sensors to determine water consumption and production is also possible.

The electrical connection of the tank senders is made via pluggable screw terminals, and the connection to the P-BUS via an M12 network connector; a suitable M12 T-cable is included in the scope of delivery.

Compatible with the P-BUS system monitors PSM3 and PSL, as well as all common tank sender types from Philippi and third-party manufacturers.
