Battery connection: clamps, covers and accessories

The highest current in the entire on-board system flows at the battery terminal. A firm connection and a touch-proof terminal are therefore essential. philippi offers battery clamps, terminal covers and insulating caps for 12 and 24 V systems.

  • BK6 and BKM battery clamps: for a safe connection of the main cables at the terminal.
  • BA 1 to BA 7 terminal covers, rotating covers, double post cover: protect the terminal against contact and short circuits from tools.
  • Insulating caps and red stud cover: for threaded studs on batteries, switches and busbars.
  • Battery terminal busbar set: for several outputs directly at the terminal.

The main fuse belongs no more than 17.8 cm from the positive terminal, ideally directly on it. More: Fuses on board.
