The BH 200-80 F battery main switch from Kissling, available from philippi, is a watertight main switch for on-board electrical systems with a rated voltage of up to 80 V. It is designed for a rated current of 200 A and withstands peak currents of 500 A for 3 minutes and 1,000 A for 30 seconds. Solid silver contacts keep heating low, and IP 67 watertightness is tested.

  • Solid silver contacts: lower resistance than copper and no oxidation from switching sparks, resulting in higher load capacity and longer service life.
  • M10 connection studs made of tin-plated brass, housing made of high-temperature-resistant polyamide or thermoset.
  • Unscrewable switch lever as additional protection against unauthorised switching.

What is the difference between the BH 200-80 F and the BH 200 F?

The BH 200-80 F is designed for a rated voltage of 80 V, the BH 200 F for 32 V. The peak current values are the same for both.

Can the switch lever be removed?

Unlike the other Kissling main switches in this series, the switch lever of the BH 200-80 F cannot be pulled off in the off position. It can be unscrewed and thus provides additional protection against unauthorised switching.
