The LAU 325 F Automatic Switch + Inverter + RCBO Circuit Breaker is an automatic AC transfer unit for yachts' onboard power systems, switching between shore power, inverter, and generator. Thanks to its integrated RCBO circuit breaker (25 A / 30 mA), it also provides residual current protection.

On yachts, the LAU 325 F automatically switches between three AC sources: shore power, inverter, and generator. If one source fails, the Philippi unit automatically switches to the next available source, ensuring continuous power supply to consumers in the onboard electrical system. In addition to the pure transfer function, the factory-integrated 25 A / 30 mA RCBO circuit breaker protects people and the onboard electrical system from fault currents, eliminating the need for a separate RCD.
Compared to the basic LAU 325 variant, the LAU 325 F thus offers increased safety with identical dimensions. The housing also provides space for an ACW current transformer, so that energy monitoring can be retrofitted at any time. Philippi supplies the LAU 325 F with an interface for the P-BUS system, for which the ACE-T cable (item no. 5 0411 1161) is required.
