The UTS 25 spacer ring is an accessory for Philippi ultrasonic tank sensors (UTV) that compensates for the system-inherent dead zone of approx. 5 cm below the sensor, enabling more reliable level measurement in the on-board network of yachts and motorhomes.

What is the UTS 25 spacer ring needed for?

The uppermost approx. 5 cm of the measuring range of a UTV ultrasonic tank sensor are, by design, not measurable. The UTS 25 spacer ring from Philippi compensates for this dead zone and thus improves measurement accuracy across the entire tank area.
