The STV 284 switch panel is the largest switch panel in Philippi's 200 series and provides two-pole protection for 24 circuits in 12V and 24V on-board systems; it is equipped with the PSL P-Bus system monitor (5" color touchscreen), navigation light monitoring, and a USB-C/A and DC charging socket.
- Two-pole circuit protection for galvanic isolation from the hull on aluminum and steel vessels
- Largest circuit capacity and largest display of the entire 200 series
- Navigation light monitoring with optical and acoustic alarm for safe night passages
- Expandable via the P-Bus system with numerous additional sensors and monitoring functions
The STV 284 is suitable for larger yachts with high protection and monitoring requirements, especially on aluminum and steel hulls where two-pole circuit breakers are required for complete galvanic isolation from the hull. The PSL system monitor integrated into the STV 284 switch panel displays all important P-Bus system data on a 5" color touchscreen across multiple pages – the largest and clearest display in the entire 200 series.
Philippi develops and manufactures the STV 284 in Germany and provides a two-year warranty on its products. P-Bus components are not included with the STV 284 and must be ordered separately. For clear wiring, Philippi recommends the RKL 14 terminal block (two-pole).

What on-board system voltage is the STV 284 suitable for?
The STV 284 is designed for 12V and 24V on-board systems (DC).
Are P-Bus components included?
No, P-Bus components are not included and must be ordered separately.
Why does the STV 284 have two-pole circuit breakers?
Two-pole circuit breakers ensure complete galvanic isolation of the circuits from the hull on aluminum and steel vessels.
How does the STV 284 differ from the STV 244 and STV 264?
The STV 244 (with BTM2 monitor) and the STV 264 (with PSM3 monitor) offer smaller displays for the same number of circuits and are more affordable alternatives to the STV 284 with its larger PSL touchscreen.
