The PowerBar1000 busbar 1991 (Blue Sea Systems BS 1991) is the 1000-A PowerBar1000 series version with twelve 3/8"-16 threaded studs, offering the highest number of connections in the series for large and small conductors in complex onboard electrical systems.

  • Stepped busbar design with two levels doubles the possible conductor density compared to classic busbars
  • Connection heights match common fuse holder blocks – multiple fuse blocks can be directly connected without additional connecting cables

  • Additional #8-32 stainless steel screws with captive lock washers for smaller conductor cross-sections
  • Bidirectional end caps allow the interconnection of multiple PowerBar1000 busbars
  • Pluggable insulating cover meets ABYC/USCG requirements, with recess for labeling

What is the PowerBar1000 1991 suitable for?

The PowerBar1000 1991 is suitable for very large onboard electrical systems with numerous main lines that need to be brought together at a single 1000 A collection point. With twelve stud connections, it offers additional capacity compared to the 1990 version for further main consumers or charging sources.

For the maximum number of connections at 1000 A, the PowerBar1000 1991 is the consistent choice.
