Panel Mount Circuit Breaker MRCB 25A-200A

The MRCB is a panel mount circuit breaker from Blue Sea Systems' 187 series for protecting large DC loads such as electric winches or electric motors. Thanks to its self-tapping housing, no additional mounting plate or bezel is required, and its high breaking capacity also makes it suitable as a main fuse for larger battery banks.

Which amperage variant is suitable for which consumer?

The lower amperage levels (25A-60A) are suitable for medium consumers such as bow thrusters or smaller electric motors, the medium levels (70A-120A) for anchor winches and larger drives, while the upper levels (135A-200A) are designed as a main fuse for the entire battery bank in larger onboard electrical systems.
