Circuit Breaker for CLB Fuse Holders

The CLB circuit breaker is a single-pole, miniature thermal circuit breaker with a push-button reset. It plugs into compatible ST-CLB fuse holders (BS 5050/5051/5052/5054 series) and performs the function of a classic fuse – with the advantage that it can be simply reset by pressing the button after tripping, without needing to replace a new fuse.

  • Trip-Free design: cannot be held in the ON position during a fault current
  • Threaded neck mounting (3/8"-27 UNS) for secure fit in the fuse holder
  • When tripped, a white/black indicator pin becomes visible – fault status immediately recognizable
  • Ignition protected design according to ISO 8846 / SAE J1171, UL 1077 listed
  • Suitable for plug-in ST-CLB fuse holders with screw or spade terminals

Which amperage variant is suitable for which consumer?

The smaller 5A and 10A variants are suitable for lighting, instruments, and small electronics, while 15A and 20A are sufficient for pumps, fans, or radios. The 30A version covers larger individual consumers in 12V/24V electrical systems. The appropriate trip characteristic always depends on the actual current demand of the respective circuit.
