The Mastervolt DC Distribution 500 is the most compact DC fuse distributor in the MasterBus system family and distributes power from a 12V, 24V or 48V onboard battery to up to four DC devices such as battery chargers, inverters, alternators or solar panels. It is designed for 300 A continuous current or 500 A for 5 minutes and automatically reports fuse status to the MasterBus displays. Philippi supplies the Mastervolt DC Distribution 500 as a Mastervolt system partner.
Advantages at a glance
- Bundles up to four DC devices at one distribution point – significantly less wiring effort than with individual fuse holders.
- Automatic fuse monitoring with alarm reporting, instead of manual visual inspection of each ANL fuse.
- EasyView plain-text display names connected devices instead of just fuse numbers.
- Very compact design (150 x 216 x 65 mm, 1.2 kg) for installation even in confined spaces.
The DC Distribution 500 is designed for onboard electrical systems where multiple high-current consumers – such as chargers, inverters, alternators and solar charge controllers – need to be centrally and clearly fused. Instead of individual fuse holders with confusing wiring, the DC Distribution 500 takes over up to four ANL fuse positions (2x 80 A, 160 A and 125 A) at one distribution point and automatically reports the status of each fuse via the MasterBus network.
As a Mastervolt system partner, Philippi supplies the DC Distribution 500 including suitable MasterBus accessories (terminator, connection cable) and supports integration into your Mastervolt onboard electrical system. An installation manual is available for download below.
