The AMS 2708 cover is a protective housing made of durable plastic with a frosted hood, designed for the heavy-duty PowerBar busbar SMS 2104 (up to 600A). It meets the ABYC requirements for insulation and protects against contact with the live terminal studs.

Most philippi components are designed for compatibility with common marine and vehicle electrical systems. Before ordering, please check the technical specifications (dimensions, voltage, connection type) in the product description. If you are unsure, our support team will be happy to assist you.

Yes. We repair philippi-brand devices in our factory in Remseck for as long as spare parts are available – well beyond the statutory warranty. For partner products, the respective manufacturer's warranty applies; just contact us if you have a warranty claim.
