How quickly does Philippi react if something breaks down along the way?

Customers report fast, straightforward help: when an on-board monitoring system failed during a trip, a replacement device was dispatched the same day to match the travel itinerary. Simply contact us by phone or email – our support team will promptly find a solution.

Yes. Even after many years of operation, we still service older Philippi devices – for example, a 15-year-old charger that was cost-effectively repaired instead of being completely replaced. If you have a defective device, talk to us before considering a new purchase.

Our P-BUS system is personally supported by our technical team – from configuration to individual firmware updates in case of queries. Customers report response times within a few hours.
