The STV 288-2p control panel is a two-pole circuit distributor from Philippi's 200 series for sailing yachts with aluminum or steel hulls. It secures 14 circuits and integrates the PSL system monitor with a 5-inch color touchscreen, the POS 6 navigation light monitoring system, and hull monitoring. Suitable for 12V and 24V onboard electrical systems.

The PSL system monitor displays all important data of the P-Bus system on several pages – the largest and clearest display of the entire 200 series. The two-pole design of the circuit breakers, through galvanic isolation, ensures that the metal hull is protected from stray current corrosion – an important criterion for aluminum and steel vessels.

The P-Bus components are not included with the STV 288-2p and must be ordered separately. For connecting the 14 circuits, we recommend the RKL 14 type terminal block. Developed and manufactured in Germany.

The STV 288-2p is part of the two-pole circuit distributors of the 200 series and can be combined with other 200 series panels and blank panels thanks to identical dimensions. P-Bus components such as additional system monitors or interfaces are available separately.

PSL – The system monitor for full control at a glance

The PSL brings all your onboard electrics clearly to a high-resolution 5” color touch display. On three clearly structured pages, you receive all important information: from battery, tank, temperature, and bilge data to the status of your AC and DC power supply.

But the PSL can do more than just display: Main switches and consumers can be operated directly via the integrated control page – simply, quickly, and centrally.

Operation is as intuitive as with a smartphone: content can be moved with a swipe gesture, and you can arrange the displays entirely according to your own preferences. This way, you always maintain an overview, even with extensive systems.

Technology that Endures

For our panels, we deliberately use exchangeable, mechanical circuit breakers – for maximum reliability and easy maintenance. Thanks to their sophisticated design, components can be replaced quickly and easily, which reduces downtime to a minimum.

As standard, circuit breakers with a current of 10 A are installed. Alternatively, circuit breakers with currents of 6 A, 10 A, 16 A, and 20 A can be used.

The integrated protection function makes additional fuses unnecessary and at the same time ensures a high level of operational safety. Since these are purely mechanical solutions, no additional energy is required for electronics or relays – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and sustainability.

Smart Position Lamp Monitoring – Safety That Thinks With You

A failure does not go unnoticed: Electronic monitoring immediately detects when a light bulb, LED or even a cable connection fails – in real time and absolutely reliably.

In the event of a fault, you receive a clear, direct indication on the display. The affected position lamp is clearly marked so that you can react immediately without searching.

The electronic position lamp monitor detects the failure of a bulb or LED as well as a cable break. A failure is indicated by a flashing LED and an acoustic alarm and can be acknowledged by pressing a button. It works for incandescent bulbs and LEDs, even in combination.

This depends on the model: STV232, 235, 236, 238 and 244 have the BTM2, STV250, 255, 256, 258 and 264 have the PSM3, and STV267, 270, 274 and 284 have the PSL. If you are unsure, our support team will be happy to help you.

Yes, the BTM2 requires the SHE 348 shunt, which measures the consumer or service battery and can also display up to 4 tank sensors.

The STV 234-2p offers pure power distribution without a monitor or navigation light monitoring. The STV 254-2p has 14 circuits and additionally navigation light monitoring (POS 6) as well as a BTM2 or PSM3 monitor.
