High Precision, Fine Resolution
The SHX measures from as low as 10 mA, accurately detecting even the smallest currents – with a continuous current of 300 A (short-term up to 1500 A), and an accuracy of ±0.5%. From the continuously measured current and voltage values, the shunt calculates the current battery capacity in real time; your system monitor displays the result directly in color within the battery symbol.
Starter Battery Also in View
In addition to the house battery, a second SHX 348 can just as easily measure the starter battery – for complete monitoring of your entire on-board electrical system.
Galvanically Isolated (P-BUS)
The P-BUS connection is galvanically isolated. This allows for monitoring of battery banks separated from the on-board electrical system – such as an emergency battery for radio equipment or in electric propulsion systems.
Easy Connection
Power supply is via the voltage measurement cable, connection via the M8 stud. No additional power supply cable is needed.
