The Philippi switch panel STV 247 is a circuit distributor with an integrated PSM3 system monitor that protects 7 circuits in the onboard electrical system and also serves as a central display and control unit for the entire P-Bus system.

Instead of multiple individual displays for battery, tank, and onboard electrical system status, the Philippi switch panel STV 247, thanks to its integrated PSM3 system monitor, bundles all relevant data centrally in one place. This is particularly interesting for yacht owners who want to gradually expand their onboard electrical system with P-Bus components without having to replace the entire switch panel later.

The circuit breakers are connected via 6.3 mm spade connectors, joined by nickel-plated copper busbars for a secure current transfer in the marine environment. Labeling plates (SKZ) and mounting screws are included with the Philippi switch panel STV 247.

The SHE shunt and other P-Bus components are not included in the scope of delivery of the STV 247 and must be ordered separately. As a simpler alternative with the same number of circuits, but with a battery/tank monitor BTM2 instead of full P-Bus access, the switch panel STV 237 is available.

When is the PSM3 preferable to the BTM2?

The PSM3 is worthwhile if you plan to expand your P-Bus system later: It is designed for the entire network, while the BTM2 only monitors battery and tank data.

Are P-Bus components included in the scope of delivery?

No, the SHE shunt and other P-Bus components must be ordered separately.

The PSM3 is far more than a classic battery or tank monitor: it thinks along with you. Depending on the connected P-BUS components, it displays exactly the information you truly need – clearly structured on a high-quality touchscreen with a glass front.

Setup? Directly on the device. You can configure your system intuitively and in just a few steps, without needing an additional computer.

Only relevant areas appear in the clear main menu. In seven logically structured submenus, you maintain full control at all times over:

batteries, tanks, temperatures, energy flows (AC/DC), main switches, consumers, and bilge pumps.

The PSM3 makes complex onboard technology easy to operate – intelligent, flexible, and precisely tailored to your requirements.

Technology that endures

For our panels, we deliberately use replaceable, mechanical circuit breakers – for maximum reliability and easy maintenance. Thanks to their sophisticated design, the components can be replaced quickly and easily, minimizing downtime.

By default, circuit breakers with a current of 10 A are installed. Alternatively, circuit breakers with currents of 6 A, 10 A, 16 A, and 20 A can be used.

The integrated protection function makes additional fuses superfluous while ensuring a high degree of operational safety. Since these are purely mechanical solutions, no additional energy is required for electronics or relays – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and sustainability.

Depending on the model, the Series 200 control panel protects between 3 and 24 circuits. Two-pole versions are indicated by the suffix "-2p" in the model name. The exact number of circuits can be found in the product description at the top of this page.

Series 200 switch panels are available for 12V and 24V on-board power systems. When purchasing, ensure you select the correct voltage variant – this is specified in the technical data for each model.

Some models of the 200 series already have an integrated monitor (e.g. BTM2 or PSM3), others are pure circuit distributors without a monitor. Please refer to the product description on this page to see whether your model includes a monitor.

Yes. Philippi products are manufactured and tested in our own factory in Remseck. In the event of a defect, we repair devices as long as spare parts are available – even far beyond the statutory warranty period.
