The STV 200-5 is a switch panel from Philippi for boats with 5 on/off rocker switches for 12-/24-V electrical systems, completely without integrated circuit breakers – making it the most affordable panel in the Series 200 switch panel range.

Since the STV 200-5 does not have integrated circuit breakers, protection must be provided separately, for example, via a fuse rail. This makes the Philippi panel particularly cost-effective if consumers are already protected elsewhere or if protection is to be centralized in the onboard electrical system. The rocker switches (31.5 × 14 mm) can be individually exchanged for other switching functions from the same series – practical if you later need, for example, a momentary switch instead of an on/off switch.

For our panels, we deliberately use replaceable, mechanical circuit breakers – for maximum reliability and easy maintenance. Thanks to their sophisticated design, the components can be replaced quickly and easily, minimizing downtime.

By default, circuit breakers with a current of 10 A are installed. Alternatively, circuit breakers with currents of 6 A, 10 A, 16 A, and 20 A can be used.

The integrated protection function makes additional fuses superfluous while ensuring a high degree of operational safety. Since these are purely mechanical solutions, no additional energy is required for electronics or relays – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and sustainability.

Depending on the model, the Series 200 control panel protects between 3 and 24 circuits. Two-pole versions are indicated by the suffix "-2p" in the model name. The exact number of circuits can be found in the product description at the top of this page.

Series 200 switch panels are available for 12V and 24V on-board power systems. When purchasing, ensure you select the correct voltage variant – this is specified in the technical data for each model.

Some models of the 200 series already have an integrated monitor (e.g. BTM2 or PSM3), others are pure circuit distributors without a monitor. Please refer to the product description on this page to see whether your model includes a monitor.

Yes. Philippi products are manufactured and tested in our own factory in Remseck. In the event of a defect, we repair devices as long as spare parts are available – even far beyond the statutory warranty period.
