ASM 6 / ASM 12 Fuse Distribution Panels with Additional Negative Connections
The ASM 6 (BS 5025) and ASM 12 (BS 5026) fuse distribution panels are ST-blade fuse holders with a common input potential, featuring an additional negative busbar in addition to the positive busbar. This allows both the positive and negative leads of multiple loads to be connected to a single, clearly arranged distribution panel.
Advantages
- 6 (ASM 6) or 12 (ASM 12) circuits with common input potential
- Additional negative busbar (10-32 stud) for neat return wiring
- Clear, insulating cover with label fields, meets ABYC/USCG touch protection requirements
- One-piece stainless steel flange nuts for secure, corrosion-resistant connections
- Push-button latch for quick access to fuses
- Includes 20 labelable circuit labels
Technical Data & Compatibility
- ASM 6: SKU 700105025 (BS 5025), 6 circuits, with cover, positive and negative busbar each 10-32 stud
- ASM 12: SKU 700105026 (BS 5026), 12 circuits, with cover, positive and negative busbar each 10-32 stud
- Max. System Voltage: 32V DC
- Max. Current: 30A per circuit / 100A per block
- Fuse Type: ATO or ATC blade fuses
ASM 6 or ASM 12 – which variant suits the onboard electrical system?
The ASM 6 is suitable for smaller distributions with up to six loads, while the ASM 12 is for more extensive installations with up to twelve circuits. Both variants are useful when a common negative busbar for the return conductors is required in addition to positive fusing, for example, in instrument panels or central distribution points.
