The STV 216 switch panel from Philippi is a Series 200 circuit distributor with 7 fused 230V circuits and an integrated TCS tank monitor for 12V and 24V electrical systems on yachts – the most affordable entry into the Series 200 monitor world without immediately needing a full P-Bus system.

The integrated TCS tank monitor displays the fill levels of up to 3 tanks and 2 battery voltages on a 2.4" TFT touchscreen – a solid basic monitoring without P-Bus expandability. For 7 circuits, Philippi offers four monitor levels: TCS (this model), BTM2 (STV 237, with NMEA 2000 and more detailed battery data), PSM3 (STV 247, full P-Bus system monitoring), and PSL (STV 267, 5" touchscreen with all P-Bus data). If you plan to expand later with a shunt, solar charging, or other P-Bus devices, PSM3 or PSL is a better choice.

The STV 216 is part of Philippi's Series 200 circuit distributor range and is developed and manufactured in Germany. A shunt cannot be connected to this panel, so the DFS 24 flow sensor is not compatible with it.

Is the TCS enough for me, or do I need more?
For basic tank and battery monitoring, the TCS is sufficient. If you want to integrate shunts, solar, or other P-Bus devices later, PSM3 (STV 247) or PSL (STV 267) is the more future-proof choice.

For our panels, we deliberately use replaceable, mechanical circuit breakers – for maximum reliability and easy maintenance. Thanks to their sophisticated design, the components can be replaced quickly and easily, minimizing downtime.

By default, circuit breakers with a current of 10 A are installed. Alternatively, circuit breakers with currents of 6 A, 10 A, 16 A, and 20 A can be used.

Depending on the model, the Series 200 control panel protects between 3 and 24 circuits. Two-pole versions are indicated by the suffix "-2p" in the model name. The exact number of circuits can be found in the product description at the top of this page.

Series 200 switch panels are available for 12V and 24V on-board power systems. When purchasing, ensure you select the correct voltage variant – this is specified in the technical data for each model.

Some models of the 200 series already have an integrated monitor (e.g. BTM2 or PSM3), others are pure circuit distributors without a monitor. Please refer to the product description on this page to see whether your model includes a monitor.

Yes. Philippi products are manufactured and tested in our own factory in Remseck. In the event of a defect, we repair devices as long as spare parts are available – even far beyond the statutory warranty period.
