Do I have to protect the circuits of the STV 08 separately?

Yes, the STV 08 does not contain integrated fuses. Fusing is done via a separate fuse rail, e.g., the Philippi EBF 4 or EBF 5.

Easy Connection

The switch panels are completely pre-wired. Only the supply line and the
consumers need to be connected at the rear using 6.3 mm spade connectors.
An additional negative lead powers the energy-saving light-emitting diodes
(4 mA at 12 V) and causes them to light up when the circuit is activated. A
"STKZ" labeling sheet with self-adhesive labels is included in the scope of
delivery.
