The STV 212-2p switch panel is a two-pole switch panel from Philippi for boats, which galvanically isolates and protects 12 circuits in 12V or 24V onboard electrical systems – it is the largest continuously two-pole panel in the 200 series without an integrated monitor.

The STV 212-2p switch panel uses two-pole thermal rocker circuit breakers of type E-T-A 3130, which visually fit into Philippi's 200 series circuit distribution. On aluminum and steel vessels, the two-pole design ensures complete galvanic isolation of the circuits from the ship's hull, while identical dimensions allow combination with other panels in the 200 series. The panel is designed for 12V and 24V onboard electrical systems and is developed and manufactured in Germany.

Are 6 circuits enough? Then the two-pole switch panel STV 206-2p is the more affordable alternative.

Do I need an additional monitor? If battery or tank data needs to be monitored, the two-pole models with integrated monitor, e.g., STV 234-2p, offer the appropriate extension.

Why a two-pole version? On aluminum and steel vessels, galvanic isolation of both poles prevents stray currents and thus corrosion on the hull.

For clear and durable labeling, we offer an extensive sticker set with over 200 terms in 10 languages. This allows switches, buttons, and functions to be labeled quickly, cleanly, and in an internationally understandable way.

Technology that endures

For our panels, we deliberately use replaceable, mechanical circuit breakers – for maximum reliability and easy maintenance. Thanks to their sophisticated design, the components can be replaced quickly and easily, minimizing downtime.

By default, circuit breakers with a current of 10 A are installed. Alternatively, circuit breakers with currents of 6 A, 10 A, 16 A, and 20 A can be used.

The integrated protection function makes additional fuses superfluous while ensuring a high degree of operational safety. Since these are purely mechanical solutions, no additional energy is required for electronics or relays – a clear advantage in terms of efficiency and sustainability.

Depending on the model, the Series 200 control panel protects between 3 and 24 circuits. Two-pole versions are indicated by the suffix "-2p" in the model name. The exact number of circuits can be found in the product description at the top of this page.

Series 200 switch panels are available for 12V and 24V on-board power systems. When purchasing, ensure you select the correct voltage variant – this is specified in the technical data for each model.

Some models of the 200 series already have an integrated monitor (e.g. BTM2 or PSM3), others are pure circuit distributors without a monitor. Please refer to the product description on this page to see whether your model includes a monitor.

Yes. Philippi products are manufactured and tested in our own factory in Remseck. In the event of a defect, we repair devices as long as spare parts are available – even far beyond the statutory warranty period.
