The Philippi STV 105 switch panel is a Series 100 circuit distributor for boats and vehicles, combining 5 fused circuits with an integrated USB-C/A dual charging socket and DC power socket – suitable for 12V and 24V on-board power systems.

- Each circuit with its own rocker switch, LED indicator light, and thermal circuit breaker – in case of overload, the red button pops out; after troubleshooting, simply push it back in
- USB-C/A dual charging socket for mobile devices, DC power socket additionally for classic 12V consumers without USB connection (e.g., cool box, standing fan)
- Adapts to other Series 100 panels, as all dimensions are coordinated
The Philippi STV 105 switch panel is based on E-T-A 1140 series thermal circuit breakers. In the event of a short circuit or overload, the affected circuit switches off, the LED extinguishes, and the red trip button pops out; after the fault has been cleared, the circuit can be reset by pressing the button. The STV 105 is equipped with 8A circuit breakers as standard, with 4, 6, 10, 12 or 16A available on request.
Compared to the identical STV 106 (6 circuits, no charging option), the STV 105 has one less circuit but offers USB-C/A and DC charging directly on the panel – practical if mobile phones, power banks or 12V devices are to be charged at this location anyway. A label sheet STKZ with self-adhesive labels is included. Developed and manufactured in Germany.

The STV 105 can be combined horizontally and vertically with other Series 100 panels, such as the STV 106 or STV 106/1. Recommended conductor cross-sections for consumer supply lines: for 4/6 A fuse 1.0 mm² (cable under 10 m) or 1.5 mm² (over 10 m); for 8/10 A 1.5 mm² or 2.5 mm²; for 12/16 A 2.5 mm² or 4 mm².
Is the STV 105 worth it compared to the STV 106?
If you need a charging option anyway, yes – you save yourself an additional socket and wiring. If you need one more circuit and no charging function, the STV 106 is the more economical choice.
What is the DC power socket suitable for in addition to the USB port?
For 12V devices such as cool boxes or standing fans that do not have a USB connection.
Can I change the fuse rating retrospectively?
Yes, the thermal circuit breakers can be replaced with a different fuse rating (4, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 16 A) without much effort.
