The Philippi LIN-Bus Shunt SHP 348 is a digital current measuring shunt for installation in the negative line of a charging source, which supplements battery monitors with an additional, precise current measurement – for example for solar systems on board.
- Supplements PCU, BTM2, BLM2, and LTM monitors with a second current measurement, e.g., for solar
- Precise measurement with ±0.5% accuracy for reliable energy balances
- Compact installation in the negative line, connection via M8 bolt
The LIN-Bus Shunt SHP 348 from Philippi is used when, in addition to the service battery, another energy source such as a solar system is to be monitored. It is installed in the negative line of the respective charging source and transmits its measurement data via LIN-Bus to an existing battery monitor.
The SHP 348 shunt measures with an accuracy of ±0.5% and is designed for a continuous current of up to 300 A; higher currents are also possible for short periods. The electrical connection is made via an M8 bolt. Developed and manufactured in Germany.
