The PowerPost 2018 collecting post from Blue Sea Systems is a dual collecting post with two different strength threaded studs, specifically designed for connecting outboard motors.

  • Threaded studs: 1 x 5/16"-18 (stud height 1.50" / 38.1 mm) and 1 x 3/8"-16 (stud height 1.63" / 41.3 mm)
  • Insulating protective cap included
  • Current rating: not separately rated – dependent on cable and cable lug, as current flows between stacked terminals
  • Max. operating voltage: 48 V DC
  • Mounting: #10 (M5) screws; CE and UKCA certified
  • Also suitable for extending factory-assembled outboard engine wiring harnesses

The PowerPost 2018 is especially suitable for connecting outboard motors when factory-supplied engine cables need to be extended, and generally for connecting conductors of different strengths at a common point.

Yes. philippi products are manufactured and tested in our own factory in Remseck. In the event of a defect, we repair devices as long as spare parts are available – even far beyond the statutory warranty.
