The MAXI fuse holder accommodates a MAXI fuse and protects the circuit with ignition protection, allowing installation even in engine compartments of gasoline engines. A transparent plastic cover serves as touch protection, and lid cutouts allow for cable entry from the sides and from below.

  • Maximum operating current: 80 A
  • Suitable MAXI fuses: 30 A to 80 A
  • Conductor cross-section: 14–4 AWG
  • Terminal screw torque: 25 in-lb
  • Mounting: #10 screws
  • CE and UKCA certified, complies with ISO 8846 and SAE J1171 (ignition protection with lid securely latched and mounting screws installed)

This makes the MAXI fuse holder also suitable for ignition-protected installation locations in the engine compartment.

Yes. philippi products are manufactured and tested in our own factory in Remseck. In the event of a defect, we repair devices as long as spare parts are available – even far beyond the statutory warranty.
