The Philippi M12 P-BUS cable is a connection cable for the M12-based P-BUS onboard network, connecting individual P-BUS components such as chargers, charge boosters, and system monitors on yachts, as well as in camper and off-road vehicles.

The Philippi M12 P-BUS cable uses the same M12 connector system as the NMEA2000® bus. However, direct coupling of both networks is only permitted via the NMEA2000® Bridge CBN. All Philippi P-BUS interfaces already come with a T-adapter cable – the M12 P-BUS cable is additionally required to connect the individual devices in the onboard network.

Compatibility: Compatible with all Philippi P-BUS devices (e.g., ACE chargers, DCB charge boosters, PSM/PSL system monitors). For coupling with an NMEA2000® network, the NMEA2000® Bridge CBN is additionally required.
Can I also use the M12 P-BUS cable for NMEA2000 networks?
Direct coupling of P-BUS and NMEA2000® is only permitted via the NMEA2000® Bridge CBN, although both systems are based on the same M12 connector.
Do I need additional adapters for the connection?
Yes, all P-BUS interfaces also require a T-adapter cable; the M12 P-BUS cable itself is only used to connect the individual devices to each other.
