The M12 cable plug and M12 cable socket for assembly are open, field-attachable connectors from Philippi for the P-Bus network, allowing you to connect your own cable lengths when none of the pre-assembled standard lengths fit.

  • For individual cable lengths in the P-Bus system when standard cables do not fit
  • Compatible with the waterproof M12 connector system (DeviceNet), which is also used for NMEA2000
  • Available as a plug (male) and socket (female)

Can I also use these connectors for NMEA2000 cables?

The M12 connectors are compatible with the M12 system (DeviceNet), which is also used for NMEA2000. However, the P-Bus must not be directly coupled with the NMEA2000 system – the NMEA2000 Bridge CBN is required for this.
