The NAV 208 switch panel is a lantern monitoring panel from Philippi for the 12V/24V electrical system of commercial vessels, which secures 8 two-pole circuits and individually monitors the navigation lights for failure.
- Early failure warning per lantern increases safety in the dark
- Central distribution and safeguarding of 8 circuits saves space in the control cabinet
- Switch for two battery banks ensures redundancy in the electrical system
- External alarm output can be integrated into the bridge monitoring system
The Philippi NAV 208 switch panel was developed for position lantern monitoring on commercial vessels. It individually monitors up to 10 navigation lights for incandescent lamp or LED failure or cable interruption; a fault is signaled by an LED display and optionally by an external alarm. The signal LEDs can be adjusted to the ambient brightness via an integrated dimmer.
The NAV 208 is supplied with a 1 m long wiring harness to the connection box, connected via 2.5 mm² screw terminals.
