Bistable automatic relay for simultaneous charging of two large battery banks. The ML isolation relay is installed between the first and second battery. The relay remains open until the charge level of one of the two batteries reaches a preset voltage value. Now the relay closes and both batteries are fully charged. If the engine is switched off and the voltage drops below a certain value, the relay opens automatically and ensures the electrical isolation of the batteries. Due to the bistable magnetic latching, the ML relay's self-consumption is extremely low.
Remote-controlled and manual parallel connection for emergency start
500 amps continuous power, suitable for use with high-power alternators
Magnetic latching – very low continuous current consumption (<40 mA in “ON” or “OFF” position)
Works in both directions - ideally suited for connecting alternators and chargers, even if only one output is available.
Connection for control LED – to indicate the switching status on the control panel
Tinned copper connection bolts, M10
Silver alloy contacts for long life and maximum reliability
Maximum load capacity: <10 sec. = 2,500 A, <1 min. = 1,100 A, <5 min. = 700 A
Closing threshold (30 sec.) 13.5V DC; (90 sec.) 13.0V DC
Disconnecting threshold (10 sec.) 12.35V DC; (30 sec.) 12.75V DC
If 16.2V DC is exceeded, the relay opens automatically
Dimensions 95 x 139 x 52 mm
