Charge balancer BLA

The BLA charge equalizer provides charge equalization for batteries connected in series. The BLA operates whenever voltage differences occur between the 12 V battery blocks. This can be during charging or discharging or even when the battery is idle.
The BLA works bidirectionally and is able to equalize the charge in both directions, regardless of where the weak battery is located.
The BLA can equalize a 24 V block, for higher voltage systems several BLA are connected in series, that means for a 36 V system 2 pieces and for a 48 V system 3 pieces are needed.
