AC interface in DIN rail housing for the P-BUS for measuring an AC phase 230 V / 50 Hz.
For the visualization of the energy flow of the electrical AC system, there are often different devices available, which are already able to provide data. These must be collected and displayed.
The following devices already provide P-BUS capable AC data:
. Chargers of the ACE series
. Shore connection switching units LAU
The following devices can supply P-BUS capable data via an interface:
. Studer X-Tender devices (combi inverter and solar controller)
. Mastervolt devices (combi inverter)
For power sources and consumers without P-BUS connectivity, an AC-Interface CAV is installed and set accordingly.
The AC-Interface CAV detects current and voltage of 230V AC devices and provides the information to the P-BUS:
. AC on-board voltage [V]
. AC on-board network current [A]
. Consumed kilowatt hours in kWh since last reset
. Name of the source / consumer for clear identification.
The electrical connection is made via screw terminals.
Connection to the P-BUS via an M12-T cable that is included in the scope of delivery.
Current measuring range: 16 A (int.shunt) 100 A (via external transformer WAC).
